Cofinpro Limitada is a subsidiary of the German Cofinpro AG, a management and technology consultancy for Germany's leading banks and investment companies.
Our IT Consultants work on large platform projects, preparing our clients for competition with exciting ideas and technological innovations in cross-functional agile teams.

We are a Great Place to Work – not only in Germany, but also in Portugal.
Since the end of 2023, our Lisbon office has grown rapidly: over 20 Cofinpros are already working there – and living our values and corporate culture every day.

What else are we up to?
At Cofinpro, people from a wide variety of backgrounds, hobbies and interests come together - no two parties are the same. Incidentally, our yearly christmas party, which is organized as a surprise, always takes place in a different metropolis. The last time we were in Leipzig was in December 2024, the year before in Hamburg. Our pictures and the obligatory AWS video speak for themselves.

Everyone talks about it - we do it. Since our foundation in 2007, sustainability has been firmly anchored in our corporate values. One big word - many dimensions! But what does sustainability mean to us?
We have made it our mission to ensure that we maintain an intact economic, ecological and social structure. It is important to us that we don't just write our code of conduct on a piece of paper, but that we consciously integrate the recommendations for action into our everyday lives. We therefore also expect our suppliers to behave sustainably and to recognize our Supplier Code of Conduct.
For this reason, we support the UNGC, the world's largest initiative for responsible corporate governance, by committing to comply with the ten principles of the UN Global Compact (UNGC) in the areas of human and labor rights, environmental protection and anti-corruption.
And to shed light on our efforts in a transparent manner, our corporate activities were audited by EcoVadis, the world's leading provider of sustainability ratings. The result: we are among the top 25% of all companies assessed.
